On the advice of a friend I downloaded a utility off the internet onto my 3 year old laptop. My friend also recommended trying Rollback Rx so I downloaded the demo first and then the utility program. I was on the internet doing a search for graphics software the other day when a window popped up and announced I had a couple viruses on my computer. Then it asked if I wanted to install some strange software I never heard of before that was supposed to remove these viruses. When I said no, it tried to start the install anyway. Everything I did to try to stop it didn't work. Finally, I just hit ctrl-alt-del and killed everything running.
